A discussion of the current Credit Market and Private Lending as part of Wealth Management

It will cover the impact of the economy and real estate market on various types of lending and will provide descriptions of various types of credit facilities available today.  It will also cover the advantages of partnering with a lender as a trust or investment management professional.

Diane is a Vice President with Comerica Bank’s Wealth Management division. She handles commercial, private, and professional lending services for the Palm Beach county market. She is the Alternate Group Manager for 7 of the Florida private banking locations.
 
She began her career with Chemical Bank New York, where she received her formal credit training as commercial lender. She has held various credit positions with Florida banks since moving from New York in 1983. She served as a Chief Lending Officer and Chief Operating Officer for several banks and has managed credit and compliance departments. Diane has 33 years of banking experience.
 
She received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in marketing and finance from Adelphi University, Magna Cum Laude. She has continued to update her skills and education over the years by attending advanced banking courses, Canon Trust School and investment school. She received her Masters of Business Administration in Legal Compliance and Risk Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2008 with honors.
 
Diane has been a leader of several charity organizations and has been active in professional organizations in banking. She has been the Vice Chair of the Northwood University’s Board of Governors, President of Opportunity Early Childhood Center, Vice President of the American Cancer Society North County chapter, a Commissioner on the Palm Beach County Affordable Housing Commission, and an Executive Committee Member for Junior Achievement for Palm Beach County. She was the State Lending Chair for the Florida Banker's Association in 1990/ 1991. She has been selected as a Who's Who in Business in 1992, 1996 and 2008. She is a 2003 Leadership Palm Beach County graduate.
 
She is currently active with the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, Opportunity Early Childhood Center Advisory Council, Florida Atlantic University Harriet Wilkes Honors College Advisory Board, and is member of the Town of Palm Beach United Way Allocation Committee. She has presented lectures on various credit and private banking topics for the FBA and RMA during her career.
 
Diane is married to Clyde McNeal and is the proud parent of 2 children, Christine Brown and Ryan Peterson and step mother to Kim Hale and Doug McNeal. She resides in Palm Beach Gardens.
