This workshop will provide an overview of tax and estate planning for business owners. The discussion will entail both income tax planning and estate tax planning, and key discussion points to be had with your clients. In addition, tax planning developments under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act will be discussed.

The workshop session has been approved for 1 hour of continuing education credit and the dinner presentation has been approved for 1 hour of continuing education credit for the following disciplines: CLE (Legal), CFP (Certified Financial Planners) and CPE(Accountancy)
