Karr, Esq., Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A.\n \nThis presentation will include an update on three important issues to fiduciaries: the status of the attorney client privilege between fiduciaries and their counsel; the payment of attorneys’ fees out of trust assets in defense of a breach of trust action; and drafting attorneys nominated to serve as fiduciaries.
