Topics to be explored include representing clients with diminished capacity, conflicts of interest, digital assets, bitcoin, and the use of artificial intelligence in the practice of law.\n \n â€‹Cocktails and Dinner - 6:20– 8:15 p.m.\n \nEstate and Income Tax Legislation Update\n \nPresented by:  Ruben Quintana, CPA, MBAF\n \n The presentation will cover the “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act” that was introduced on November 2, 2017, focusing on those provisions that impact high net worth individuals, including the proposed repeal of the “death tax.” Given that this bill is not yet law, Ruben will be making a few assumptions in order to present some planning ideas taking into account the proposed tax reform bill.\n \nPlease send your RSVP so that we may guarantee dinner accommodations for you and your guests.
