Presented by:

Patrick J. Lannon, Esq. and Jennifer J. Wioncek, Esq.

Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP

Estate planning for international clients is constantly evolving, and the last few years have been particularly active.  Tax and regulatory developments in the U.S. and other countries have often made yesterday's planning techniques for the international client (and the domestic client with international connections) obsolete.  This presentation will discuss some of the important changes to the legal landscape and discuss how planners are advising in light of these changes.
